As an Admission Counselor cum Tele Caller at Taurian World School, you will play a crucial role in attracting prospective students and guiding them through the admission process. Key Responsibilities:

Tele Calling:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to introduce them to Taurian World School.
• Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission procedures.
• Address queries and concerns effectively, building rapport with potential students and parents.

Admission Counseling:

• Conduct in-depth counseling sessions, either in person or over the phone, to understand the needs and aspirations of prospective parents.
• Guide parents and students through the admission process, explaining the requirements and ensuring a smooth application procedure.
• Showcase the unique features and advantages of Taurian World School to align with the educational goals of the students.

Follow-up and Relationship Building:

• Implement a systematic follow-up process to keep potential students and parents engaged and informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educational consultants, and influencers in the education sector.

Collaboration with Admissions Team:

• Work closely with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, admission events, and other promotional activities.
• Provide valuable feedback to enhance the admissions process and improve the overall experience for prospective students.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tele-calling, customer service, or counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
