Job Summary

As a Monitoring System Executive, you will be responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and optimization of our monitoring systems

to ensure the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills,decent and confident communication skill and a proactive approach to system monitoring and management.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1.Implement and manage monitoring tools to track the performance of our systems.

2.Monitor system alerts, notifications, and logs to identify and address potential issues promptly.

3.Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems.

4.Conduct regular system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

5.Maintain documentation for monitoring processes and procedures.

6.Generate and analyze reports on system performance and recommend optimizations.
