Role Description

This is a full-time Relationship Manager role located in Patna. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with customers to promote and sell financial products and services. The Relationship Manager will be required to have extensive knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings and regulatory requirements, and should use that knowledge to develop and implement strategies that will drive business growth and profitability. The Relationship Manager will work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product innovation, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• experience in financial services with a focus on sales and customer relationship management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing customer relationships
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to use data to drive actionable insights and improve business performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Proficient in English and Hindi, with regional language proficiency a plus
