- Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects
- Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process
- Achieve sales target. Attend to walk-in clients. Negotiate with clients for deal closures
- Maintain daily sales reports and other reports
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base
- Increase business opportunities through various routes. Perform fieldwork to achieve sales
- Build and nurture relationships within the broader community with a particular focus on real estate
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Real Estate sectors in India and key players in the market
- Develop excellent relational skills with developers, investors, and service providers in the Real Estate sector
