- Channel Development:
ᄋ Develop and maintain relationships with sales partners, bank and allied sector.
- Sales Execution:
ᄋ Analyse bank branch profile, customer mix and pitch book to prospect and use multiple selling technique to manage customer expectations to build a strong pipeline of sales leads
- Customer Understanding :
ᄋ Awareness about the target customer groups & to understand immediate customer needs and retain an influence over how customers views own products and services
ᄋ Ability in delivering an effective customer value proposition
- Customer Service Orientation :
ᄋ Provide responsive and high-quality service support to banking partners through internal coordination for underwriting pricing approval, policy issuance, endorsements, usage of digital tools, etc. to ensure efficient delivery across the sales lifecycle
