Factory Factory Production Head – Print & Packaging

Must have technical expertise on Corrugated Boxes Manufacturing, Production Processes

Station: CGIP, Nawalparasi

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for factory operations, aligning activities with overall business objectives and ensuring optimal performance.
• Stream line cost of productions and reduce paper wastage during production of corrugated box and packaging
• Develop and implement effective production plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meeting production targets.
• Oversee and enhance quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to optimize production costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure a safe working environment, compliance with safety regulations, and the implementation of best practices in occupational health and safety.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline logistics, minimize lead times, and maintain an efficient production flow.
• Drive initiatives for process optimization, technology adoption, and operational excellence to stay ahead in the competitive market.
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on production performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in factory operations within the packaging manufacturing or similar natured industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of quality control, health and safety regulations, and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence.
