Report complex operational issues to Lead – Branch Coordinator / Branch Head for resolution

Responsible for branch operations activities at all the branches in the region

Co-ordination with Investors / Distributors / Sales Team in the region for excellent Investor servicing.

Co-ordination with R&T operations for smooth processing of transactions in the region.

Customer Service via CRM.

Error free processing of transactions at branches (AMC / K-fin)

Handling Irate stakeholders

Highlighting issues in time

Providing correct solution

Attritions at branches (AMC / K-fin)

Updating regulatory changes at Industry and AMC level
