Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner. The Event Planner will be responsible for managing and organizing academic and non-academic events for our students and staff. This includes but is not limited to orientation programs, career fairs, and alumni events. The Event Planner will also be responsible for budgeting, sales, and event management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Experience in event planning and management
  • Ability to manage and balance budgets for events
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to promote events to various stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate and manage all aspects of an event including logistics, vendors, and attendees
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
