Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing ERP products throughout their lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

You will be the first hire of the team and will play an instrumental role in creating the roadmap for the whole product.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our ERP offerings, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.

Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and other teams to prioritize and deliver product features on schedule.

Roadmap Development:

Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining short-term and long-term goals for the ERP product line.

Communicate the product roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Product Documentation:

Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven Experience of at least 4-5 years as an ERP Product Manager or similar role (managing a product end-to-end)

Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.

Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and managing product lifecycles.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
