Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Owner at Holy Mother Public School located in Patna. The Business Owner will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the school, creating and implementing policies and strategies to ensure the growth and success of the school, managing financial resources, and communicating with various stakeholders including students, parents, staff members, and the local community.

• Experience in managing a primary/secondary education institution or a similar organization
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong financial management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Experience in working with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
