Design training content, decide training delivery mechanisms, conduct participant assessments, identify process improvements and suggest both internal and external training delivery possibilities to ensure best in class delivery of all Divisional Training programmes based on training needs identified and desired by the Business Units
Assess training needs of internal/external customers, Develop the training plan for its division and manage end-to-end operations (content development, delivery and logistics) to ensure seamless and effective management of training programmes
Decide key training delivery mechanisms and manage all collaborations with internal and external parties to design and deliver the training content to ensure best in class fulfilment of identified training needs and its impact on business results
Keep abreast of the various training delivery systems and strategies to introduce the best-in-class training programmes to employees and cadre recruits. Conversion of training content in digital form and conduction of training in blended mode.
Active involvement in all sectional/departmental activities, maintenance of various quality system, DM system, documents & records and other statutory requirements.
