Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Patna. The Call Center Executive will provide excellent customer service by answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints. They will also process orders, follow up with customers, and escalate issues as needed. The Call Center Executive will be expected to have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience working in a call center is preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
