Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role at Chetna International School located in Latehar, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Chetna Fellow, you will work on research projects, assist teachers with curriculum development, conduct workshops and training sessions, and help with administrative tasks as needed. You will be expected to contribute actively to the school’s learning community and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible experience for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Social Sciences, Education Policy or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in education and teaching, experience working in schools or classroom settings preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, creativity, and ability to think critically about educational practices and policies
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
