Role Description
This is a full-time role of Banquet Manager.The Banquet Manager will take responsibility for managing all aspects of the banquet operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and vendor relations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of events. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in banquet management
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, event planning, and hotel operations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
• Food Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification preferred
• Ability to speak multiple languages preferred.
