The average incentive earned by a BDA in the system is around 30k monthly but our best associates make even 70-80k of incentives every month apart from their fixed salary. On average, a performing associate gets his 1st opportunity in 1.5-2 years to become a manager and head a team of 20 people. And we have seen the best of the associates can even become a manager even before completing a year.
Role Description
BYJU’S is looking for a full-time on-site Centre Sales Associate in Patna. As a Centre Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating revenue by recruiting and enrolling students in the products offered by BYJU’S. You will be expected to counsel and guide potential students and their parents on the features and benefits of BYJU’S products. You will also be responsible for providing customer service support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The entire development journey will have two phases:
Sales Training – 2 weeks
Centre Sales Associate
14-day training program
The training program would be physical from the office location and will include the theoretical aspect of BYJU’S sales process.
You will get well-versed in the organization by knowing our products, and learning how to interact with customers.
You will be involved in various activities during this phase & you will be rigorously evaluated at different intervals.
During this period, you will gain knowledge, a platform to practice your sales skill as well as feedback to enhance your capabilities from our team of experienced facilitators.
The enrolled candidates who satisfactorily complete the training phase will be given an opportunity to move to the next phase
Center Sales Associate
The 2nd stage starts only for those who have successfully cleared the 1st phase..
Candidates will be expected to interact with the customers over calls, booking and conducting counselling sessions by implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired during the training phase.
Following the completion of the first month, The salary would be revised from INR 25000/month to 4.5 L Fixed +3L Variable.
All input and output numbers will be closely monitored during this phase.
The entire role will be for 6 days a week(Monday would be an off).The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence,behavioral aspects,quality audits, and feedback from manager/ trainer and HR Team.
The candidate should have laptop in working condition for this job.
Salary structure
First month – 25,000 / month
Month 2 onwards – 4.5 L fixed + 3 L (variable)
