Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Hiring for Team Member – Management accounts and MIS at Kumardungi, Jharkhand, India

• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Responsible for analysis of various financial key performance indicators of the P&L on monthly/quarterly/annual basis and provide qualitative analysis/insights to the vertical head and CFO. Responsible for expense allocation at various channel/vertical/LOB level and its analysis
• Responsible for various automation of reports/processes (using Qliksense/Anaplan/BO) which are required regularly on monthly basis in co-ordination with IT team/third party vendor.
• Responsible for preparation of key items of the financials of Annual Operating Plan(AOP)/Long Range Plan(LRP) /Reforecast and Estimates of the Company. Also, responsible for change requests to be made in Anaplan having direct impact on preparation of the financials.
• Co-ordination with external auditors for financial analytical review and providing audit related data requirements on quarterly basis.
• Shareholders/BFS consolidation related Requirements
• Responsible for preparation of monthly shareholders review deck with qualitative and quantitative analysis and provide insights to the vertical head & CFO.
• Responsible for the quarterly preparation of various Board Deliverables, investor call documents and Allianz deliverables on quarterly basis.
• Adhoc Requirements

Assists in preparation of the adhoc requirements from senior management and provide analysis of the same.
