Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Brand Medix located in Patna. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives and managing their schedules. The Executive Assistant will manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, track and process expense reports, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Administrative Assistance skills, including managing schedules, phone calls and emails, and other correspondence
- Experience in tracking and processing expense reports
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
