 Profile – Plant Financial Reporting Manager Head Location – Jamshedpur Local Candidates only CTC – Best in Industry Qualification – CA Qualified Experience – 6 to 10 years in Financial Reporting Financing Process Audit Process CAPEX OPEX Stakeholder Management Roles and Responsibilities – Manage and execute day-to-day finance operations of the plant in the form of bill approvals provisions costing and monthly closures – Inventory Management CAPEX and Maintenance management – Carrying out overhead allocation analysis of actual overhead cost and standard cost with suggestions recommendations – Inputting product costs that are accurate representation and set-up these costs in the ERP systems – Monitoring reporting inventory aging of the products and optimum holding level – Monthly MIS for result on monthly quarterly basis – Maintain tight control on the spends and production efficiencies of the plant by constantly measuring PR PO Spends vs budget as well as previous trends – Highlight where losses have been incurred or deviations taken from the plan – Oversee overall financial health of the plant in terms of propriety of spends inventory maintenance and usage finished goods storage and quality outcomes – Partner with various stakeholders at the Plant and HO to ensure right communication and execution of deliverables towards day-to-day operations monthly closures and reviews – Ensure all compliances from a financial standpoint with respect to tax and laws of the state – Work with internal External audit team as well as initiate action on their own to stress test the control procedures at the plant – Review and oversee the execution of capex proposals at the plant both at the time of implementation and after completion to ensure right outcomes Experience – Extremely good knowledge of Financing process – Orientation to Finance SAP ERP Module Proficient in Audit procedures and reporting – CA MBA with 6-10 years of Experience with prior leadership experience – MBA PGDM in Finance IIM Jobs
