We are looking for Executive/Sr. Executive Dealer Development with relevant(2-5 years) experience
in E Rickshaw/3W or 2W. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and you would be expected
to be well versed in current market trends and play multiple role.

Responsibilities:
– Identification of high potential Geographies, Franchises and Dealers to expand the network in a phased manner.
– Responsible for growing sales territories by identifying, recruiting, and collaborating with franchise and independent dealerships.
– Work with teams to convert potential and serious prospects to Franchise and dealership.
– Ability to convince dealers to take franchises.
– Preparation of dealership viability.
– Agreement with dealers- documentation / financial / Commercial / formalities.
– Planning & Execution of dealership- manpower, infrastructure and Training sales & after sales team.
– Mining Industry volume/market size data, maintaining the same and develop necessary analytics of the same.
– Possesses excellent people management ability and strong networking skills.
– Adhere with sales target.
