- Husk is seeking an experienced leader for the role of Head of Marketing in India.
- This individual will play an integral role in the creating company-wide Go-to-market strategy, designing creative campaigns, benchmarking performance of all campaigns, effectively utilizing marketing analytics and ultimately driving the initiatives responsible for attracting potential customers as well as retaining existing ones.
- The candidate is expected to drive sales through effective digital, social and offline marketing, manage and motivate the team under them, handle all third parties effectively.
- The candidate is expected to analyze daily, weekly and monthly results, spot trends and act on them quickly. We are looking for someone who has a solid experience in managing customer relationship and loves to grow customer satisfaction.
What This Will Entail
The VP of marketing will own and drive all aspects of:
- Market Research
- Leading GTM for products and business verticals
- Creating brand, awareness, interest funnel: digital and offline
- Customer referral, retention, loyalty
- Content and communication strategy
- Driving campaigns and offers
- Developing network with external relevant parties
- Driving analytics based business decisions
- Owning customer satisfaction and customer delight metrics
- Finance and budget management
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree is required;
- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 institutes is strongly preferred
- 10+ years of total experience in Consumer Marketing function (B2C) with 5+ years in digital marketing across FMCG, rural retail or E-commerce industries
- Strong in story telling and have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Analytically inclined individual with ability to run numbers to determine ROI and effectiveness of campaigns
- Passion for rural development
- Influential Leader. Knows how to build, communicate and defend a position and has a demonstrated ability to engage and influence others-up, down and across-to effectively lead.
