Job Description Job Title : Senior Hiring Manager position Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience and a strong understanding of various recruitment tools and platforms. The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and identifying top-tier talent to meet our companys hiring needs. The candidate should be well-versed in utilizing applicant tracking systems. (ATS) like Zoho, as well as various job posting platforms, such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and screen potential candidates through resume reviews, initial phone screenings, and interviews to assess their qualifications and fit as per the job description
- Able to explain job description in complete to candidate & understand their past experience related to work assigned in job descriptions
- Utilize the ATS platform (e.g., Zoho) effectively to manage job openings and track candidate applications and hiring processes.
- Leverage online platforms (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) to conduct extensive resume searches and identify potential candidates.
- Post job openings on various online job boards and professional networking sites, including Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills and experiences align with the job requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Requirements
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in roles requiring sourcing and filtering candidates.
- Proficiency & experience in utilizing ATS platforms, with experience in Zoho being a strong plus.
- Familiarity with resume search platforms such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proven track record of successful job postings on various online platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit effectively.
- Adept at sourcing candidates through different channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

- The salary range for this position is up to INR 4 lakhs per annum plus incentiveS.
