Interested candidates can WhatsApp his her RESUME with Photo to 8797779888 Please don t call for enquiry We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation You will manage staff foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES1 Directing all operational aspects including distribution operations customer service human resources administration and sales 2 Developing forecasts financial objectives and business plans 3 Managing budget and allocate funds appropriately 4 Bringing out the best of branch s personnel by providing training coaching development and motivation 5 Locating areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities 6 Sharing knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices competitive intelligence business opportunities and needs 7 Addressing customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly 8 Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives 9 Identifing training needs and opportunities developing and implementing a plan for meeting those needs 10 Maintaining and developing positive relationships with existing and prospective clients demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff 11 Participating in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill 12 Collaborating with other managers and district managers regarding advertising marketing and growth campaigns 13 Assisting with start-up development and growth of new branches as needed 14 Performs other related duties as assigned SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES1 Excellent leadership and management skills 2 Excellent sales customer service and interpersonal skills 3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 5 Ability to prioritize tasks delegating when appropriate 6 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software EDUCATION AND EXEPRIENCE1 Bachelor s Degree in Business Accounting Management or similar preferred 2 Advanced Degree preferred 3 1 years in a management role 4 Competent computer skills including MS Office Photoshop etc 5 Internet skills including use of e-mails group messaging and data collection Job Types Full-time Regular PermanentSalary 10 000 00 – 15 000 00 per monthSchedule Day shiftEducation Bachelor s Required Experience Administration 1 year Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Speak with the employer 91 8797779888
