Job Description
1. Establish contacts and hold consultations with the view to maintain harmonious relations between the mgt. and persons employed.
2. To bring to the notice of the mgt. the grievances of employees, individual as well as collector, with a view to securing their expeditious redressal.
3. To Supervise welfare activities, statutory or otherwise, including education and training of employees.
4. Maintaining different statutory provisions and educating respective stake holders.
5. To suggest measures which will tend to raise the standard of living of workers and in promote well – being.
