Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jamshedpur for a Traffic Manager at Sandhu Logistics. The Traffic Manager will oversee the traffic and logistics operations at Sandhu Logistics, including developing strategies for efficient fleet management, implementing transportation policies and procedures, and managing and training a team of drivers and logistics staff. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for ensuring shipments are delivered on schedule, maintaining accurate transportation records, and tracking key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a transportation or logistics management role
• Excellent knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
• Experience with fleet management and logistics software
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement transportation policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
