Data Lead Actionable Insights: –

To gather, analyze, and compile data that is needed to identify trends and patterns across the organization.
To ensure that reports are sent to all the stakeholders in a timely manner to aid business decision making.
To understand and seek various business input from actuarial, analytics and FPNA to analyze fresh/renewal profitable opportunities.
Comprehend customize report requirement by stakeholders (NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads).
Responsible for creating and analyzing processes and procedures to maintain data quality, such as data validation and quality control.
Sensitizes the relevant stakeholders on the strengths of adopting analytics for the business such as higher process efficiency, better decision making, reduction in risk, etc.

Data Management: –

To Maintain data across company level for various reviews managed at CEO level.
To prepare presentation for all CEO presentations/review for Board level and channel partner level
Data Analytics and dashboards for CEO office on regular basis to track various trends.
