Support Plant IEMs for Electronic Fault Analysis.

Prepare / modify the procedures, work instructions to rectify non conformities. Maintenance of quality records.
Compliance of non-conformities raised through all safety systems.
Training on safety standards applicable to the section. Impart in-house positional training (technical).
Ensure involvement of subordinates in suggestion, Kaizens, safety visits. Training on safety standards applicable to the section. In-house Training
Monitor the trend of expenditures in the area of responsibility
Register & execute improvement projects like DMAIC, SIPs etc.
Daily Man power planning & job allotment.

Review of incoming / outgoing motors. # Review of
delivery compliance. # Review of monthly repair report, individual performance report and Backlog report. # Breakdown onsite support to plant IEMs # Support Plant IEMs for Motor Failure Analysis.

Skills

Knowledge about various types of Electrical Motors design,
Repair equipment, Motor selection, Repair practices, Testing
standards and insulation standards etc. Knowledge on SAP and
other network operating systems. Knowledge of various
electrical test equ ipment. Should have process knowledge of
various plants of Steel Industries

Min Exp # 3 years Experience in Repair and Maintenance of
Electrical Motors, Lighting Transformers, Break liners etc.
Should have an experience to prepare and manage large
maintenance contract and able to manage large pool of
employees and contractors.

Other details

Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Supervisory competency certificate to work on High Voltage.
