Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Patna. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, communicating with clients, training and mentoring staff, and developing strategies to improve the company’s operations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Management team and report to the General Manager.

Qualifications

  • MBA / BBA with major in Finance/ Accounting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Experience in the industrial projects and/or consultancy sector is preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field
