The ideal candidate should be capable of thriving in a revenue-driven environment, leading a team, and driving successful marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Lead marketing efforts in Bihar and Jharkhand with a focus on generating revenue and achieving business growth targets.
• Campaign Development: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach effectively and engage our target audience.
• Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with local influencers and partners to amplify our brands reach and impact.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads by contacting potential clients and setting up meetings to expand our client base.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while exploring opportunities for new engagements and partnerships.
• Media Event Execution: Assist in planning and executing media events to promote our brand and products, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.
• Marketing Initiatives: Plan and oversee the implementation of new marketing initiatives to stay ahead in the market and ensure brand relevance.
• Market Expansion: Find and develop new markets and strategies to improve sales and market presence.
• Media Expertise: Utilize your experience in a media hub environment to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Same Field

• A senior-level professional with a track record of generating revenue and leading teams effectively.
• Previous experience as a Marketing Head or a similar role in the industry.
• Must be capable of leading marketing efforts in two states, Bihar and Jharkhand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Location:

The position is based in Bihar and Jharkhand, with travel required as necessary to fulfil the roles responsibilities.
