As a Wealth Manager, you have to be confident, have good sales and negotiation skills, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate can work remotely from Ranchi. Responsibilities:1. To develop the sales strategy for different customer segments2. To understand each customer segment behavior and risk preferences3. To create and update marketing materials for regular customer communication4. To develop great relationships with customers through regular reporting5. Own the full sales cycle from lead to close using CRM6. Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine the sales process7. Review clients’ portfolios regularly to find out whether any changes are required8. Monitor financial market trends to ensure that clients are updated on important developmentRequirements:1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a private bank 2. Effective communication skills (both oral and written)3. Understanding of financial products and prior experience in selling financial products4. Very strong interpersonal skills to understand the needs of clients 5. Assertive and persuasive6.
