Job Responsibilities / Authorities; –

1: – Receive inbound Calls and ensure that cases and interactions are logged correctly in the ticketing tool.

2: – Walk customers/ Provide navigational support on self-service portal

3:- Place Inbound calls to customers when required in line with Client/Con guidelines

4:- Work productively whilst maintaining exceptional call/data quality line with targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹8,500.00 per month
