Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Head HR. The Head HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, L&D and managing HR operations for multi stores format. The Head HR will also be responsible for implementing best practices and driving initiatives that aim to develop a strong, inclusive, and high-performing workforce that aligns with the company’s business goals and values, while also ensuring legal compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.

• r’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources with a deep understanding of HR processes, compliance and best practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to support organizational change and provide thought leadership to executive management team
• Demonstrated knowledge of Indian labor laws and legal compliance
• Experience implementing effective HR policies, processes and controls to drive organizational outcomes through people
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify trends and recommend solutions
