Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
- Distributor selection & onboarding
- Setting up required system & processes at distributors to drive day to day business
- Sales planning
- Drive monthly sales target along with distributor & distributor team
- Developing channel to drive sales of focus products
- Build connection with CE+IT retailers in the given territory
2. Operations management:
- Understand all the system’s & processes to drive day to day business effectively
- Ensure distributors, distributor teams & channel partners are aware about CE & IT products of Mi
- Drive regular training programs to achieve highest level of product knowledge
Key skill sets:
1. Good communication skills. Knowhow of local language is added advantage.
2. Good knowledge of excel, able to interpret data & comfortable working with data
3. Comfortable with travelling, 4-5 days in a week
