As the People Analytics SME, will work in people planning activity and recommend actions in support of business goals and enhanced business performance.
Will play a key role in positioning workforce planning as an integral and valued part of managing the business, using outstanding planning processes and benchmarked models in this space effectively. Will also contribute to the co-creation and development of global consistent practices.
The biggest part of your scope is Market Area Southeast Asia, Oceania and India crafting the future proof of Ericsson, driving innovation and digitalization agendas, spread across more than 13 countries.
Will report to Head of People Analytics and Strategy. This role will be a key stakeholder in the team and work closely with other HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and other Subject Matter Experts. Have an opportunity to work with several members the Executive Team and respective global units and deliver impact across multiple parts of Ericsson.
Responsibilities Include:
Engage with business units (customer units, domains and other support functions in the MA) to translate the business plan into a workforce plan, continuously updated through regular tactical planning and ongoing calibration.
Proactively support our People Business Partners providing insights and reports to address business challenges through proactive reporting and developing insightful analytics.
Analyze business performance and build a model for how to create an effective workforce planning process and methodology, closely connected to business strategy and priorities as well as the financial plans. In this role you will collaborate with leaders, business operations teams, people business partners and business controllers across all functional units to find an effective and broad approach to people planning.
Leverage and prepare reports and analytics that can make visible trends and data points that validate talent recommendations, identify areas of focus, demonstrate the impact of people data and lead to informed decisions.
Actively participate as a Subject Matter Expert in the Global People Analytics Community of Practice. Collaborate and learn from other People Analytics experts across the wider organization.
Actively recognize emerging trends, challenges, and business needs. Provide creative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing and developing analytical solutions or research to help informed data led decisions.
Use creativity to build engaging data visualization and tell a narrative
Work with all areas of the People function (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Total Rewards) and help them bring together information to support their deliveries.
To be successful in the role one must have
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Analytical skills and Master of Excel is a must
Flexibility, independence, drive, and resilience to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment

Great teamwork, networking, and Desire to collaborate with impactful and collaborative HR, finance, and business teams
Excellent knowledge of financials and business practices

Key Qualifications: Education:
Master of Business Administration, or similar
