About the Position 

The Business Head will be a pivotal figure in guiding and leading the company’s strategic efforts in the development sector. With a focus on growth and sustainable impact, this role will collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders.

 

Overview:

As Business Head at Seven Even Consultancy Private Limited, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth. You will work closely with the senior management to develop business strategies that align with the company’s objectives. The Business Head is also responsible for fundraising, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating and closing business deals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

– Lead fundraising initiatives to secure funds from donors, investors, and other financial sources.

– Manage relationships with key clients, and stakeholders.

– Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to enhance the brand and drive business growth.

–  Oversee financial planning, budget management, and reporting.

–  Mentor and lead a team of managers across various departments to achieve business objectives.

–   Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and meet business goals.

–   Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

–   Align the business strategies with the company’s purpose and values.

–   Lead strategic planning and set objectives aligned with the company’s mission

–   Foster partnerships and collaborations with governmental bodies, INGOs, NGOs and other stakeholders

–   Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timelines

–   Mentor and manage teams, fostering an environment of growth and excellence

–   Drive fundraising efforts and identify new revenue streams

–   Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and sustainability strategies

–   Generate reports and present insights to the board and stakeholders

–   Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards

 

Requirements:

–    Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Social Development Sector

–    MBA/PGDM/Development Studies, MSW, or a relevant field

–    Strong networking abilities

–    Experience in team leadership and strategic planning

–    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

–    Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software a plus
