Role Description
This is a full-time remote Business Development Executive/TL role with UnStartED. As part of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading a team of Business Development Representatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and retain our customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Business Development Executive or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, and set and achieve revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and leading teams
- Ability to identify and develop meaningful relationships with potential clients and industry partners
- Adept at using CRM software and managing a sales funnel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the EdTech or Consulting industry is a plus, but not mandatory
- A strong commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
Salary
- 8 LPA (4 LPA fixed + 4 LPA variable)
