JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the day-to-day Visit to Pharmacy and Doctors

• Act as a liaison between the company and Pharmacies and doctors

• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective Chemist/Doctor.

• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

• Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams

Experience 

· 1-2 years in Medical Sales (Preferred)

· Competency in English 

· Ability to negotiate and understand of Sales skills

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

· Ability to create and deliver presentations

· Fast learner and quick thinker

· Passionate about sales

· Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Qualification: B pharma, D pharma, bsc (preferred)

Location: Up, Bihar, Jharkhand. 

Salary: Up to 20k

Type: Target based- Field Work
