Please enter job description – Duties Responsibilities but not limited to – 1 Identifies recommends and implements systems to minimize loss money or company assets 2 Audits and investigates sources of known losses Develop Monitoring of inventory to identify theft or shortages 3 Investigates suspicious customer and or employee activity Conducts periodic testing of alarm fire exit and video surveillance systems 4 Conducts periodic inspections of stores HRV and facilities to ensure CCTV surveillance and security equipment is functioning properly 5 Develops and implements policies and procedures to prevent theft or inventory storage areas 6 Prepares reports on effectiveness of established prevention measures 7 Researches suggests and implements additional security measures Performs other duties as assigned 8 Required Skills Abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Extensive knowledge of retail logistics operations and loss prevention strategies and procedures 9 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and documentation 10 Education and Experience Bachelors degree Business Management or related field preferred 11 One to Three years experience in retail loss prevention security or law enforcement required 12 Site safety adherence 13 Audit and third party audit liquidation of observations 14 Safety tour of the site and liquidation of observations 15 CAPA 16 Safety Induction 17 Preparation and maintenance of HIRA JSA foundit
