**Job Description:**
As a Junior Architect at Singularity Architects, you’ll collaborate with senior architects and contribute to sustainable design projects. Work on design development, research, working drawings, 3D views & walkthrough videos, site layout, content creation, social media management, CRM and project management in a creative and inclusive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design collaboration with senior architects.
– Contribution to design development and materials.
– Research for innovative, eco-friendly design.
– Project coordination and sustainability integration.

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s in Architecture.
– Passion for sustainable design.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Lumion.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Eagerness to learn and adapt.
– Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
