Develop the training plan for its division and manage end-to-end operations (content development, delivery and logistics) to ensure seamless and effective management of training programmes
Decide key training delivery mechanisms and manage all collaborations with internal and external parties to design and deliver the training content to ensure best in class fulfilment of training needs identified
Collaborate with Planning & Infrastructure to ensure seamless and effective delivery of training programmes and ensure regular review and process improvement of the divisional training program
Keep abreast of the various training delivery systems and strategies to introduce the best-in-class training programmes to employees
Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
Skills
(Full Time) B. Tech or equivalent Electrical /Electronics/Instrumentation from a recognized institute with relevant experience in Steel Plant Maintenance.
