We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of our services to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication in Hindi and multitasking skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their service needs and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring client satisfaction.
Service Coordination:
- Efficiently allocate service resources, to deliver timely service to client.
- Create and maintain service schedules, optimizing routes and work assignments to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor service progress and make real-time adjustments to address unforeseen issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including client interactions, work orders, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve service delays, and other operational issues.
- Collaborate with the service team to address technical challenges and ensure service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that services are delivered according to established standards.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- MCA/BCA/BBA or Bachelor’s degree in any field with computer/ accounting experience.
- Proven experience in a service coordination, customer facing or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (Hindi) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using MS office productivity tools.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
