Student Engagement Associate

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with workshop organizers to define workshop objectives and content.
• Maintaining good relationships with the college POCs and CRs of colleges where NxtWave conduits events.
• Facilitate discussions, activities, and group interactions before the event.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure a smooth experience for students.
• Create awareness among the college students about NxtWave’s vision and offerings.

This role also involves working with the Pre-Sales team in the weeks when workshops are not scheduled.

Location : Work from Home.

Employment type : Permanent.

Salary : Up to – 3 LPA
