Job Description

  • The Salesperson will be based in Ranchi and will handle the complete sales process starting from prospecting, application study, offering suitable product, negotiation, Sales and payment collection within assigned territory in Ranchi region.
  • The main products in demand in this region are SRD UD capital equipment, RDD and PSD.
  • Major segment to be handled will be surface coal mining, aggregate quarries, limestone mining.
  • The person should be a team player and work in co-ordination with aftermarket team and our channel partners.
  • The person will also be responsible for all the activities of the channel partners in the assigned territory.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

  • Graduate in Mining/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed college and having releant experience.
  • Professional having relevant experience of 6- 10 years in front-line sales having exposure to promote products pertaining to mining construction.
  • The person should have through knowledge of mining and quarrying application.
  • The person should be able to speak Hindi and English.

Key competencies required for this role:

  • Self-driven personality.
  • Ability to establish good relationship with customers.
  • Ability to handle large key accounts/projects.
  • Person should be ready for extensive travel to projects located at remote locations.
  • Application knowledge in tunnelling and mining would have an advantage.
