• Role: Field Sales Officer – Project Relationship Manager
• Job Type: Full-time, 100% field sales position
• Education: BE/BTech (any branch) from 2018 to 2022 or MBA (2022 batch)
• Experience: we are open to candidates with both Freshers and experienced backgrounds.
• Age: Candidates should be born after 1996 (maximum 26 years)
• Location: Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh East

Salary Package

• CTC: 4.5 Lakhs per annum (3.5 Lakhs fixed and 1 lakh variable) + Allowances

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets/objectives for the defined location
• Manage all local marketing activities for the location
• Handle commercial transactions with channel partners
• Achieve assigned network-related targets (network expansion, product placement, etc.)
• Develop business, engage with influencers and projects, and coordinate professional pricing
• Ensure architects, builders, consultants, and project managers provide appropriate service as per the service level agreement
• Manage network relationships, including product placement and range selling
• Stay informed about competitors’ activities, market issues, and provide regular updates
• Ensure contractors, builders, dealers, and consultants buy a range of products as defined and maintain product range index
• Deliver high standards of customer service through regular visits, complaint resolution, and commercial reconciliations
