CSM Technologies Hiring for Operations Manager at Patna, Bihar, India

CSM Technologies is looking to onboard Operations Manager having 10+ Yrs experience in Operations Management, Project / Delivery Management, Contract Management, People & Stakeholder Management in any IT organisation. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Responsibilities

1. To review new deal commercials/contracts with the organization’s operational parameters targets in mind.
2. To monitor contract deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met.
3. To manage subcontractors/vendors including their agreements and payments.
4. To manage cross-functional dependencies, identify risks and create action plans.
5. To do milestone review – tracks key milestones, and reports project progress against key milestones.
6. To forecast billing month on month.
7. To develop and build relationships with customers to set and manage customer expectations.
8. To understand customer strategic needs and align the delivery teams to achieve them.
9. To escalate and resolve program issues if required.
10. To create dashboards and reporting structures for management

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
2. Prior experience working in the area of project management/delivery management is a must.
3. Good at building strong relationships with clients as well as internal cross-functional teams
4. Good at providing resolution to client queries while ensuring clear and transparent communication
5. Good People Management skills
6. Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive business intelligence from historical data.
7. Generate ideas to improve tools & processes
