Position 1: Business Development Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and nurture strong client relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations

Position 2: Team Lead

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Associates

Set clear sales goals and targets for the team

Monitor and report on team performance

Develop and implement sales strategies

Collaborate with senior management to drive growth initiatives

Competitive Salary: Up to 5 Lakhs Per Annum (Fixed) + Up to 3 Lakhs Per Annum (Variable)
