Key Responsibilities Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking door knocking and social mediaNegotiate with clients book appointment attend meetings discuss proposals and perform demonstrations of the company s services Updating contract terms with current or previous clients Keeping records of all sales leads and customer accounts Attending conferences or trade shows as a chance to build connections and present the company s product or service to potential clients Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsExtensively Travel to client location and Identify and resolve project issuesAnalyze complex business problems determine an IT solutionGather data and analyze business and user needsProvide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client s business goalsCoordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of systemDefine objectives and scope of business system Conduct post-project evaluation Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution Qualifications BBA BBM MBA from a recognized institute or any other similar qualification to meet the job requirementMust have local language proficiency Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job the candidate should possess the following Required only male candidates as the job demands frequent travelling to client locations Good communication both verbal and written skill in both English and the local languageExcellent lead generation and conversion skillsAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work successfully as a part of a teamHigh sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistentlyJob Type Full-timeSalary 8 184 00 – 35 000 00 per monthBenefits Cell phone reimbursementSchedule Morning shiftAbility to commute relocate Ranchi Ranchi – 834001 Jharkhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Speak with the employer 91 9398922241
