Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Create and manage job postings that effectively communicate job requirements and organizational culture.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Collect feedback from interviews and use it to refine candidate selection.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, strengths, and weaknesses to make informed hiring decisions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Continuously improve and adapt recruitment strategies to attract top talent and stay competitive in the job market.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and sourcing methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
