Our client from a reputed company in the E-learning industry is looking for a Senior UX Designer The UX designer creates satisfying and compelling experiences for users of a product often drawing on results from user research and workflow analysis Areas of focus may include content controls visual design and development information architecture user research branding and customer technical support Tasks Create exceptional digital brand experiences and present creative thinking to clients guiding them through iterative user-centered design processes and methods Work closely with other practices within the Studio to push digital creativity standards and industry trends within the company Ability to develop big ideas and concepts but also has an eye for detail and edge cases Experience in working both independently and collaboratively with other designers in an Agile environment to build great user experiences Developing ideas and concepts from initial wireframes through to development-ready designs Prototype and present ideas interactions and flows with confidence among the design team and clients Take on feedback and iterate based on insight Ability to communicate and coordinate across disciplines Requirements Degree in a related discipline with basic knowledge in product UI design solutions based in completely digital environments Experience in working with digital agencies Conduct user research activities to understand user needs business requirements create personas user journeys wireframes and fully fleshed out visual design of all the deliverables aligning with all stakeholder objectives and the chosen technology for implementation Should possess strong knowledge and exposure in creating digital marketing collaterals such as websites landing pages emailers banners mobile web apps and social media banners Good knowledge of responsive design accessibility standards and should have experience in building complex design systems and guidelines Should be able to provide effort estimations timelines and ensure transparency in providing status updates of progress and on-time delivery Interested Join us now
