Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to manage our client plant activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

• Implement budget resources and policies that the board has approved.
• We are coordinating and managing business operations, managing operational costs, improving administration processes, and engaging with vendors.
• Maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, improving service, ensuring good customer service, ensuring sustainability, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting business objectives.
• Monitor all business activities and financial activities.
• Support staff development, hire and train employees, monitor and motivate staff, increase staff productivity and enhance the organization’s image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or the related fields
• 10 years experience in plant management with minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a glass processing plant
• Should have In-Depth knowledge about Glass Quality, Glass procurement, and Waste Control and also should have a good back-up of the required efficient team of managers, supervisors, operators, and maintenance persons.
• Should have knowledge about the local law and policies
• Efficient knowledge about IT-relevant software used in the Glass Industry.
• Superior knowledge of business functions and exceptional budgeting and accounting skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Team leader and professional team management skills
• Excellent decision-making skills and communication skills
