Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist

As a Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting tech talents. Your expertise in sourcing and engaging with top tech talents will be essential in building a high-performing team that drives our customers’ success. This role requires a keen understanding of industry trends, headhunting techniques, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both talents and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Tech Talent Sourcing – using some of the modern platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow etc.
• Tech Talent Engagement – Develop personalized outreach strategies to attract passive talents and build interest in available positions.
• Networking and Relationship Building – Build and maintain strong relationships with top tech talents, industry -professionals, and internal teams.
• Continuous Learning – Stay current with recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance sourcing and assessment techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.
• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Tech Talent sourcing.
• Expert in Boolean search and X-Ray search.
• Knowledge of Lead Web Clipping tools like Dux-Soup or similar.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CV formatting and knowledge of other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage tech talents and build rapport.
• The results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Need to work in an hybrid environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or BCA or MCA or or a related tech education.
